As UX Lead on the New York Aikikai Website relaunch, I performed Learning Experience Research to inform overall customer experience, user journeys and the website redesign.

Audit and Brainstorm
Audit of third party software app already in use and existing workflows. Brainstorm sketches to build customer centric thinking into that workflow.

Ux Research
Interviews, surveys, affinity maps, various priority matrices, persona generation, competitive analysis, mood boards, user flows, site maps.

Color Pallet and Final Product
Competitive analysis informed an updated color pallet and a new look.


Results
I produced 60+ Learning Experience Designs and online course offerings, spearheaded the MVP waves of the most successful fundraising efforts to date at that time. We maintained a healthy client-base through the pandemic, and even attracted new students.
